Earn your Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation and gain the expertise to serve clients aged 50 and above. This course covers senior housing options, financial and legal considerations, and effective communication strategies to position you as a trusted advisor in the senior real estate market.

This is a TWO-Day class that will begin and conclude promptly at 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. both days.

Two-Day SRES® Designation Course Pricing

Member price: $100

Non-member price: $185

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Members who register to attend a paid education event at DAR (i.e. designation/certification courses) may receive a full refund if cancellation is made up to seven (7) days before the event. Any cancellation received that is less than seven (7) days from the event or is a no show will not receive a refund.
