Come be a part of the 2025 DAR Convention and Expo at Bally’s Resort and Casino in Dover, DE! We've updated many of our Continuing Education (CE) courses with fresh content, offering a broader range of topics for members to explore.

The event schedule has been refined to include dedicated expo time and the inclusion of an evening class, ensuring less scheduling conflicts. These updates are designed to boost attendance and traffic, making the 2025 DAR Convention and Expo an unmissable event for real estate professionals. Mark your calendars and get ready for an exciting and educational experience at Bally’s Resort and Casino in Dover, DE!

Time

Badge Pick-up and Check-In: All attendees must check in and pick up their badge before attending any scheduled activities. Badge pick-up will be located in the Rotunda of the Rollins Center at Bally’s Resort and Casino.

Check-in hours: 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day.

Continuing Education Classes: Classes begin at 8:00 a.m. each day.

Meals: Your registration includes breakfast and lunch on both days. A vegetarian option is available with every meal.

  • Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. each day. 
  • Lunch: 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. each day.

Evening Celebration on October 9: Please join us Thursday evening at 5:00 p.m. for the 302 Welcome Reception, an event that brings together REALTORS®️ from across the state for a memorable night of connection and celebration. The evening includes:

  • Recognition of the 2025 Delaware REALTOR® of the Year
  • A silent auction benefitting the Delaware REALTORS® Care Foundation
  • Recognition of RPAC Hall of Fame Inductees
  • Food, drinks, and great networking opportunities
  • Graduation of the first DAR Leadership Academy class

More details about the silent auction will be shared soon. 

Expo: The expo will be open both days of the event. 

  • Thursday, October 9 Expo Hours: 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
  • Friday, October 10 Expo Hours: 7:30 a.m - 2:00 p.m.

Location

Bally's Resort and Casino

The Delaware Association of REALTORS® Convention and Expo spans the entirety of Bally's Resort and Casino. Most of the event will take place in the Rollins Center at Bally's Resort and Casino.

Parking: Free and valet parking are available. Most convention activities and badge pick-up take place on the right side of the facility. Bally's Resort and Casino address: 1131 N. DuPont Hwy., Dover, DE 19901

Accommodations: Elevate your convention experience and stay with us at Bally's Resort and Casino. Limited rooms are available at the group rate. Book before Monday, September 8, 2025 by calling 1-800-711-5882.

Price per room per day: October 8 - 9, 2025

  • $106.69 per room per day (tax and fees included)

Pricing

DAR Member Pricing: $75; Price increases to $100 after August 24.

Non-member Pricing: $175 

A waitlist is available upon event sell-out. Individual Continuing Education (CE) classes cannot be waitlisted. 

Refund & Class Change Policy: Changes to your registration and class selections may be made through September 19, 2025 via your Info Hub Account. 

All registration cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations received by September 12, 2025 will be refunded less a $15 processing fee. Refunds will not be approved for cancellations received after the deadline. To cancel your registration, contact DAR at info@delawarerealtor.com.
