We've significantly expanded our Continuing Education (CE) classes, ensuring more opportunities for members to learn and participate, responding directly to your valuable feedback.

We've also optimized our expo space to accommodate more sponsors and exhibitors, enhancing engagement opportunities for attendees. These changes promise higher attendance and increased traffic, making the 2024 DAR Convention and Expo a can’t-miss event for real estate professionals. Time

Attendee Badge Pick-up and Check-In: Badge pick-up is located in the rotunda of the Rollins Center and Bally's Resort & Casino. All attendees are required to pick-up their badge prior to attending any scheduled classes. Badge pick-up and check-in will be open both days of the event beginning at 7:30 a.m. and ending at 4:00 p.m.

Continuing Education Classes: Classes take place from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on both days.

302 Welcome Reception: Including live music and an auction supporting the newly formed Delaware REALTORS® Care Foundation, the 302 Welcome Reception will take place on the evening of October 3, 2024 beginning at 4:00 p.m. All convention attendees are welcome!

Expo Information: The expo will be open both days of the event. Expo hours are below:

  • Thursday, October 3 Expo Hours: 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  • Friday, October 4 Expo Hours: 9:00 a.m - 1:00 p.m.

Bally's Resort & Casino

The Delaware Association of REALTORS® Convention and Expo spans the entirety of Bally's Resort & Casino. Most of the event will take place in the Rollins Center at Bally's Resort & Casino.

Pricing

DAR Member Pricing: $75 

Non-member Pricing: $175 

A waitlist is available upon event sell-out. Individual Continuing Education (CE) classes cannot be waitlisted. 

Refund & Class Change Policy: Changes to your registration and class selections may be made through September 18, 2024 via your Info Hub Account. Refunds for any fees paid are available through September 13, 2024.

Registration for REALTOR® attendees opens at 12:00 p.m. pm Thursday, August 1.

Registration is required to attend any part of the event. If you plan to take Continuing Education (CE) classes, you MUST register in advance. Changes to classes may be made through September 13, 2024.
